If you are still unsatisfied and believe your rights have not been
respected as a user of KMHC services, you can file a formal complaint
by writing a letter of complaint, then send it to userexperience@kmhc.ca
The written complaint will be addressed to the attention of the KMHC
Executive Director.
The Executive Director will acknowledge receipt of the complaint in writing within five (5) working days.
The Executive Director will launch an investigation, if warranted,
through the director of the department involved, and will issue a
written response to the user within 45 days.
If in the event you are not satisfied with the outcome, you have a right
of recourse to a Review Committee, i.e. you must file a written
request within 60 days of the receipt of our response.
